They say new-year, new opportunities and we are certainly living by that at Banter. We are pleased to announce that we have opened a satellite office in Nottingham this month to act as a base for working in the Midlands and North of England.
Nottingham’s location will allow Banter to access the some of the UK’s largest regional cities and, being in the heart of the East Midlands, it will allow us to explore the thriving start-up scene in the region. The region has seen the fastest rate of business creation of any region outside of London* and Banter plans to be active in both London and the East Midlands to work with likeminded start-up businesses.

As part of our work for Fitzrovia I.T. we create and manage the distribution of targeted email campaigns to support their in-house sales activity.
The recent bout of bad weather which hit the UK provided an opportunity for us to highlight one of Fitzrovia’s key service offerings to its new business targets.
We all hate trudging into work when it is snowing, dealing with delayed trains, traffic jams and ice rinks masquerading as pavements. It’s also costly for business, especially SME’s, when staff can’t get into work because of the bad weather and meetings are cancelled.
We thought many of Fitzrovia’s new business targets would understand this and we wanted to let them know that Fitzrovia can ensure business continuity and give staff the flexibility to work from anywhere. And that doesn’t just have to be when it snows.
Fitzrovia I.T. specialises in setting up remote working solutions for its clients, meaning their employees can work effectively from anywhere by having all their business applications at their finger-tips.
We designed and created the email and distributed it to Fitzrovia’s new business targets. In addition, we also managed the data, de-duplicating it and uploading it into the customer relationship management programme so that Fitzrovia’s telesales teams could follow up with warm (no pun intended) leads quickly.
All campaigns are judged on results and over the last few months our work has exceeded expectations generating a positive ROI from month one.

We are pleased to announce that 2013 is continuing to go well for Banter. In addition to opening a satellite office in Nottingham and winning a new client in the form of Core DataCloud, we have also secured extra work from current client Fitzrovia IT.
We have been working with Fitzrovia IT since October last year, helping the IT Company improve its lead generation by designing and distributing targeted email campaigns to target companies within London. We have also been working hard to boost its social media presence by managing its activity across Facebook and Twitter and have successfully gained new fans and boosted Fitzrovia’s reach.

In addition to the email marketing and social media activity, we will now be working on improving the company’s website so that it generates more enquiries for Dan and his team.
